GS CONSTRUCTION

Full Project Management Services

  • Gathering of data to assist in compiling feasibility studies;
  • Compilation of proposed project implementation plans;
  • QA/QC for construction - data capturing, result analysis, remedial recommendations, etc.
  • Assistance in compiling workable, realistic project scheduling, taking into account:
  • Site variations; arbitration; etc.;
  • Budget monitoring – monthly Actual and Forecast comparison in conjunction with the schedule;
  • Close-out documentation;
  • Operating manuals – compilation and hand-over to the client;

Overall Experience

  • Construction of Tailings Facilities as per design;
  • Drainage and Buttressing on Tailings Facilities;
  • Simple to complex concrete structures – bridges; weirs; columns; plinths; suspended slabs, beams, etc.;
  • Roads and infrastructure;
  • General earthworks, including restricted excavations and river diversions during construction;
  • Storm Water Management, including culvert and drain installations
